Founded in 1920, Alexander Graham Middle school (AGMS) is the oldest school in North Carolina and today serves grades 6 to 8.  AGMS is located in the heart of the 120-acre SouthPark campus, which also consists of Selwyn Elementary School and Myers Park High School.  Our school’s mission is to provide a nurturing environment for students to develop individual strengths and respect for self and others, while focusing on a high academic achievement for every student.
