Attention Parents/Guardians of Rising 7th Graders

North Carolina state law requires students to have 2 additional immunizations by the 1^stday of 7^th grade (August 26, 2019): Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and Meningococcal vaccine. Mecklenburg County Public Health Department will have Saturday hours over the summer. To schedule an appointment please call 704-336-6500. Proof of immunizations must be turned in no later than the first day of school.
