End of Year Testing Information
Beginning May 10th through May 28th, in person students will report to school five days per week. We have developed a testing notification letter with testing dates which you can view HERE. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, student scores on EOG tests will not be used for any accountability or class placement measures. Student scores on EOC tests (Math 1 only) will count towards their report card grade.
The CMS Transportation department is working to prepare bus routes for Full Remote Academy students to participate in the North Carolina End of Grade or End of Course Exams. Please know that students will test in their assigned homeroom classes.
If you need transportation for your Full Remote Academy student for end of year testing, please visit this LINK and complete the transportation form. To access the form, you will need your child’s student ID number. Please complete one form for each child that will require transportation. To secure transportation, your response must be received by Thursday, April 29th.
If you have any questions about end of year testing, please contact Jenny Bonack at jennifer.bonack@cms.k12.nc.us.
