ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF RISING 7TH GRADERS ◾ ATENCION PADRS/TUTORES DE LOS FUTUROS ESTUDIANTES DE 7 GRADO

Attention parents/guardians of rising 7^th graders: 

The following immunizations are required for all 7^th graders in North Carolina: Tdap and meningococcal by the 1^st day of school. If your student receives the immunizations between now and the end of the school year, please provide a copy of the updated records to our school nurse.

Se requieren las siguientes vacunas para todos los estudiantes de 7º grado en NC – Tdap y meningococcal antes del primer día de clases. Si su estudiante recibe etas vacunas antes del ultimo dia de classes, proporcione los registros de vacunas actualizados a la enfermera de la escuela.
