NEW LAST MINUTE TRANSPORTATION CHANGE FORM

Transportation changes should be communicated to your child directly before school starts. However, if there is a last minute change, PLEASE USE THIS FORM in order to contact your child during class. The front office staff is overwhelmed with the volume of transportation change calls so please submit all changes by 1pm. If not submitted by 1pm, your child will go home using their normal method of transportation.
