PARENT AND STUDENT SUPPORT

Select all committees of interest:

6th Grade Events: Help with grade level activities to support student enrichment such as coordinating volunteers for field trips, quarter end and holiday treats, supply collection, community service project, parent coffee events, parent socials and year end fun days. Flexible schedule during school day.

7th Grade Events: Help with grade level activities to support student enrichment such as coordinating volunteers for field trips, quarter end and holiday treats, supply collection, community service project, parent coffee events, parent socials and year end fun days. Flexible schedule during school day.

8th Grade Events: Help with grade level activities to support student enrichment such as coordinating volunteers for field trips, quarter end and holiday treats, supply collection, community service project, parent coffee events, parent socials and year end fun days. Flexible schedule during school day.

After School Clubs: Work with staff liaison to coordinate instructors, facilities, schedules, and communications.

Back to School Activities:Support our PTO by volunteering in various Back to School activities such as stuffing mailers/envelopes, Open House, campus cleanup, spirit wear sales, translation services.

Bulldog Bonanza: Help with these fun family events held in the Fall & Spring.

Inreach: Provide assistance to students and counselors at our school. Help with collection drives for food, clothes, grocery, household goods, and furniture.

Proctoring: Monitor classrooms during testing events during the year, especially in May (8:00am-12:00pm)

Prospective Families: Help promote community enrichment by attending, mingling and answering any questions at prospective parents' social events. Assist as greeters or with hospitality at Open House, Prospective Families events in the Fall and Winter.

School Tours: Serve as a tour guide during AGMS school hours for prospective parents and students in the winter and spring. Training provided.

Hospitality: Help promote a warm welcome for our students, parents, and staff at various events throughout the year such as parent coffees, Open House, prospective parents social events, staff appreciation etc.

Spirit Wear: Help sell spirit wear at AG school and sporting events throughout the year. Go Bulldogs!

General Volunteer: Called on throughout the year to help with events and projects as needed during school day and after school hours.

STAFF AND SCHOOL SUPPORT

Campus Beautification: Assist with maintenance and upkeep of campus exterior (landscaping, flowers, clean-up), and interior (clean media center, front office, counselors' office, teachers' lounge, and more).

Media Center: Assist with shelving, labeling, check-out, and helping the media specialist with various projects. Training provided. Weekly or monthly shifts available. (AM only)

Office Volunteer/Copy Shop: Provide office support on a regular weekly or monthly basis including checking in/out students, filing, helping in the health room, making copies for teachers and other duties. Training provided.

Staff Appreciation: Provide items that can be homemade or store bought approximately 2-3 times per year. Flexible timing and easy!
