Wow—what a year! As we wrap up the 2025–26 school year, we can hardly believe how fast it flew by. Every month brought something new, exciting, challenging, and memorable, and through it all, we have to say: serving as your PTO Co-Presidents has been an absolute honor.
We feel so incredibly lucky to represent this amazing community alongside our wonderful PTO Board and the countless volunteers who gave their time, energy, creativity, and heart to make this our most successful year yet.
But you know what makes AG so special? It’s the people. Yes—YOU. To everyone who volunteered, donated, cheered us on, showed up at events, or helped in any way—THANK YOU! We want you to know: what you did truly mattered, and we see you. We appreciate you more than words can say.
Because of your support, the PTO was able to accomplish so much this year, we:
- Implemented a new PTO website, creating more efficient check reimbursement, data collection, and payment processing
- Installed new tile flooring in the counselor’s hall and front office
- Overhauled front office and media center interior beautification
- Introduced a STEM program, providing hands-on learning experiences in circuits, robotics exploration, weather forecasting, and subject matter curricular enhancements via field trips
- Provided 7 teachers International Baccalaureate (IB) training and certification as part of teacher development and retention plans
- Raised over $84k for the AG Fund (6% more than prior year and significantly shorter fundraising window), while securing more than $34k in corporate sponsorships and in-kind donations
- With your help, our neighbors’, and community partners’ support, more than 25 AG families received critical support such as groceries, grocery gift cards, and grocery delivery during Thanksgiving, Winter Break, long holiday weekends, and Spring Break. This is not to mention more than 40 student recipients of Operation Angel Tree, our annual gift giving.
- Introduced a new school-wide tradition: Field Day for all grades including Ninja Nation, obstacle courses, games, treats and more
- Introduced the Teacher or Staff of the Month, nominated in person and online by students, parents and teachers/staff. Each winner received a basket full of gift cards, treats/goodies, and AG swag
- Launched Bulldog Dads during FIT to foster stronger bond between our parent community and our students
- Coordinated with AG leadership to support more invigorating and cohesive student leadership efforts between Beta Club, Student Council, NJHS and community partners such as clothing drive, turkey drive, International Day, etc
- Soft-launched a Spring Fundraiser to raise funds and awareness for capital improvement needs for our athletic facilities and teacher training
AG is stronger because of every family here. Thank you for making this such an incredible year!
With gratitude … your 2025-26 PTO Co-Presidents,
