The AGMS PTO will provide an online password-protected Student Directory this year. The Student Directory will ONLY lists the students’ first and last name, student’s grade/homeroom teacher, parent/guardian(s) name, parent/guardian(s) phone number and parent/guardian(s) email address.

Only families that opt-in to the Student Directory will receive access. Complete and return this form by September 18, 2026.
